Chuckle! Chuckle!
Could it be this easy to accumulate wealth?
The answer to that question likely depends on how you view riches.
Do you measure your self-worth by the abundance of cash or by your
well-being, your happiness?
Opting for the second choice has a slew of health benefits.
For certain, majority of folk have heard the following expression:
“Laughter is the Best Medicine.”
Quoting from the Bible, Proverbs 17:22 (NIV) “A cheerful heart
is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.”
The history of this holiday is unknown; the creation of has neither
an inception date nor attributee.
Laughter enriches one’s health.
A chuckle, the hilarity howling merriment (har-de-har) the
belly laugh, (a deep hearty laugh), are words synonymous to
laughter.
Recently I came across a news reel about a centenarian (108)
who does his own groceries, still drives a car and takes no
prescribed medications, only over-the-counter pain medication
for his knee.
God definitely blessed this retired firefighter and his demeanor
throughout the interview said it all.
Why not ‘laugh’ yourself into better spirits, a thought so
beneficial to your health.
It’s almost happiness 😊😊😊
