Time will tell for me tomorrow when weigh ins resume. I’m hoping I am still within my target parameters!

BOL on your weigh-in. I actually lost weight during this health crisis. Caution: 4 small pieces of Dove milk chocolate and this morn the scale was not in my favor. 🙂 🙂

I’ve avoided chocolate and the bad stuff for three weeks. The jelly babies are still intact in the drawer and have been for almost two months. I have lost some of the extra weight above my target, and am hoping I’ve lost all of it.

Avoiding snacks while under stress is quite difficult.

Thankful I wasn’t amidst those who gained – strange – lost weight and then consumed 4 pieces of Dove milk chocolate yesterday and this morn the scale didn’t register in my favor. 😦 🙂

I lost weight too. But the cause was that I was walking a lot.

I wish I could ‘ve walked more.
On most days the temperature in my locale was in the 80s or higher – too hot for seniors unless up and out the door early.
